Meet the Haven Team

Our team is made up of passionate leaders, educators, and organizers who believe that inclusion is more than a value — it’s a practice. Every event, every activity, and every moment we create is made possible by people who care deeply about connection, community, and adaptive access for all.

Krystal Hannon

Human Resources Manager

I’m a mom of five with three children who have special needs, and I’ve felt the ache of finding nowhere truly welcoming. Helping with Haven lets me turn that ache into hope by building a community where families like mine can laugh, grow, and belong without limits.

Jane Doe, Role

Katie Mitchell

Human Resources Manager

As a chronically ill and neurodivergent young woman, I have experienced many challenges which came from a lack of awareness about disabilities, a lack of accommodations, and a general lack of consideration for the needs of people like me. You’ll usually find me working behind the scenes, but I’m doing my best to make Haven as inclusive and accessible as possible.
